That interest in movement is the reason I do this work.
I’m naturally analytical — if something hurts, I want to understand why, not just ease it for a few days and hope it settles.
Qualifications & Approach
- Level 3 qualified in Sports Massage Therapy
- Currently completing a training programme to become a Movement Therapist
Movement Therapy focuses on restoring movement and function when pain or injury gets in the way. It combines:
